Join the peleton.
An athletic ride on specifically designed bikes for a non-impact cardio workout. Build strength and endurance while simulating an outdoor ride by climbing, sprinting, cruising and challenging yourself. Let your instructor know if you are new so they can help you adjust the bike to your body. Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up your bike. We bring the fun, sweat-induced workout, you bring the towel and water.
This class REQUIRES pre-registration online to avoid overbooking. Bikes are imited.
